All-Phase Enterprises Inc. is a General Contractor dedicated to providing a quality product at a marketable price and in a time frame that meets our customers needs.
Company History
All-Phase Enterprises Inc., was established in April 1988 under its original name. Its Founders John E. Seagrave and his brother in Law Robert Socha saw an opportunity to serve its customers by offering construction solutions through their experience and knowledge.
Soon after, Johns brother Alan Jr. joined the firm. Both have years of experience in Health care, Commercial and Industrial construction. The company is now currently owned by Alan C Seagrave Jr., and John E Seagrave.
All-Phase performs complex construction projects, in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. We continue to serve our client’s in the capacity of General Contracting, Design-Build, Site work, and Bid/Build markets. Our ability to move between these several markets allows All-Phase to bring its attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and timely completion, which places us in the top tier of construction providers. It is this ethic that enables us to retain our client’s satisfaction, years after the completion of each and every project. With each project, we develop meaningful relationships not only with our clients but with many subcontractors that have continued to work with us.
